Photo Contest May-June 2026

Contest Rules & Requirements

1. Submit a photo featuring the garden, its plants, 

pollinators or animals by June 30, 2026.

2. All images submitted are release to the 

Orton Botanical Garden, Inc. for its use. 

3. $15.00 fee must be paid before applicants photos will be entered into contest, by June 39th 2026. One photo is eligible to win per applicant.

You can submit up to three photos. 

4. Winner will be posted on our website, social medias, and contacted by email about your winning photo by the first week of July 2026.

5. Orton Botanical Garden, Inc. reserves the right to return your submission, and refund your application costs, if photos are deemed not of the subject the garden has requested for this contest. 

6. Winner will be decided by a panel from the 

Orton Botanical Garden board of directors. Winner prize will be determined by number of photo applications, up to $100 of submission fees will be the winning payout. 

7. Photo must be taken by the winning applicant, and the photo must be an original photograph not already submitted, gifted or owned by the garden.

8.Photo does not have to be taken during the contest window, can by from a previous visit to the garden. 

9.Respect the garden's hours, only enter the garden during open hours Fridays & Saturdays 9am-6pm.

10. Youth must enter photos under a parent email address, however all photos can be submitted in their own name. Contact ortonbotanicalgardenstaff@gmail.com with questions.
